Hydraulic components built for demanding duty
From single prototypes to batch delivery, YIKAI machines cylinders, valves, pumps, fittings and manifold blocks to your drawing, with full dimensional inspection and traceable batches.
Six hydraulic component families, from actuation to control
Selected by duty, machined to drawing. Each family can be customized alone or supplied as a set.
Turning drawing tolerances into repeatable parts
We focus on repeatability rather than catalogue size: every step from incoming material to final packing is recorded, standardized and owned.
Built to drawing
PDF, DWG and STEP accepted; prototypes and batches follow the same process standard.
Precision machining
CNC turning and milling, honing and lapping; critical dimensions held to drawing and recorded.
Inspected delivery
CMM and air gauge inspection of critical dimensions with reports shipped alongside.
Clear lead time
Lead-time nodes quoted upfront: 7–15 days for standard parts, 10–20 days for custom blocks.
Traceable data behind every process
Critical dimensions are checked with CMM and air gauges; pressure and cleanliness tests follow duty requirements. Appearance, dimensions and marking are re-checked before shipment.
Four steps from requirement to delivered part
From drawing receipt to shipment, every node has an owner and a response time.
Drawing review
Confirm critical dimensions, material, surface treatment and manufacturability, and flag points to clarify.
Process and quote
Provide process route, inspection method, price and lead-time nodes; production is locked after approval.
Machining and inspection
Machine to the process card, self-check key operations and CMM re-check with recorded data.
Packing and delivery
Anti-rust treatment, individual packing, batch marking and inspection report with packing list.
Have a drawing, or just an idea?
Send working conditions, dimensions and quantity. Our engineer will reply with a selection proposal and quote within 24 hours.
Common questions on selection, customization and lead time
These are the questions customers ask most before inquiry. If yours is not covered, leave a message in live chat.
Still have a question? Ask our engineer →Yes. Send a drawing or sample and we will design the process and machine to it. Without a drawing, provide duty, mounting dimensions and port type for a selection proposal.
PDF, DWG, DXF and STEP are all accepted. PDF should include critical dimensions and tolerances; 3D formats help confirm manifold passages and assembly.
Standard parts start from one piece. Custom blocks and cylinders are recommended from two pieces for first-article approval. Batch pricing is tiered by quantity.
7–15 days for standard parts, 10–20 days for custom manifold blocks, and scheduled dates for large cylinders. Firm node dates are given with the quotation.
