What we do
From hydraulic cylinders, directional valves and gear pumps to fittings, manifold blocks and high-pressure filters, YIKAI completes process design, machining and inspection from your drawing. Prototypes and batch orders follow the same process standard.
How we work
Every drawing starts with a manufacturability review covering critical dimensions, material and surface treatment, followed by a process route and quotation. Batches and inspection data are recorded in production and re-checked before shipment.

No inflated specifications, no substituted materials, no uncertain lead times presented as fixed. If something cannot be done, we say so before the order.
Traceable data behind every process
Critical dimensions are checked with CMM and air gauges; pressure and cleanliness tests follow duty requirements. Appearance, dimensions and marking are re-checked before shipment.
